If you want to rent both accommodaties, we offer you 10% discount on the renting price. Except X-mas. Please contact us in advance.
All prices are based upon 1-6 persons

Tourist tax: 7% of the rental price
In between cleaning € 115,- (at a stay> 1 week)
End cleaning € 195,-
Deposit € 500,-
Minimum stay: 5 nights, at peak season, minimum stay of 14 nights
Inclusive use of electricity till 50 Kwh a day and inclusive use of water. Costs for electricity above 50Kwh are 0,55 Euro and will be settled with the deposit.
Extra cleaning on request
Check-in time: 16:00 o’clock Check-out time: 12:00 o’clock, if possible you can arrange a later check out
Payment: 50% by reservation, 50% 60 days before arrival.
When you pay by Paypal, there will be an extra charge of 3,4%
